WARNING : If you are upgrading from a ZamFoo Trial, please simply change your license key by following the instructions
ZamFoo can only be installed on a Dedicated Server or VPS by running the following commands via SSH as root. It is NOT advised to use "su" or "sudo" to become root for the install.
cd /
wget http://www.zamfoo.com/downloads/zamfoo_installer.tar
tar -xvf zamfoo_installer.tar
chmod 755 runme.cgi
./runme.cgi
The final step can take several minutes to finish depending on the speed of your server and the speed of the server's internet connection. Once the install has finished, you will be prompted to enter your license key. The exact steps to do this are found in other question about how to change zamfoo licence key in the knowledgebase. You should now be able to log into your WHM as root and select the "ZamFoo : Root Reseller".
